Online Pastor: Four Ministry Focus Areas
- Live-Streaming Services (Ministry during and post Online Services). The team are on a roster, with an hour bracket and PNC provider (Online Pastor) choose the shift that suit their availability or being assigned by the coordinator.
- Casting 24 Hours (Ministry as available/International Ministry). Connection will depend on the availability of the Online pastor. Member can start with a chat, and then the Online pastor will follow it up.
- Prayer Healing (Longer online prayer healing session, by appointment). Some people wants a longer healing prayers session. This ministry is run by a Prayer Healing team of people who have the skills and did some previous training.
- Outreach Prayer Partnership (Connecting with Community organisation to work together to provide better and stronger healthy community through effective collaboration.

Purpose
The purpose of your ministry as an online pastor is…
… to offer pastoral support to someone who is reaching out for help online
… to encourage the enquirer to seek immediate help if their life is in danger
… to make appropriate referrals and build helpful connections if necessary
… to provide spiritual care and support using biblical principles
Eligibility
– 18 years old and over
– Have an experience in pastoral care for at least 5 years
– Associated with a local church or a Christian organization
– Being able to communicate using chat, text, email, video call
– Have a caring heart and a willingness to love people
Conditions
– Service is free
– Do not advice outside your skills and qualifications
– Do not take advantage of this opportunity for inappropriate relationship
